Robots are everywhere, in your home, your school, your work. Robots can build and fire missiles. They are bad, not just because they don't feel, but also because of the danger they bring.
“When we invented less powerful technology, like fire,” Tegmark, a Swedish-American scientist, said “We screwed up a bunch of times; then we invented the fire extinguisher. Done. But with more powerful technologies like human-level artificial intelligence, we want to get things right the first time.” AI is bad and World War III will start from us humans trying to get the most advanced one. Sophia a robot, who can tell you the weather or find out who you are using facial recognition, is made in Hong Kong, is so far the most realistic humanoid AI robot. Robots can now; wield a katana, run across any terrain, including water, Get run over by a car but still work, Move things with static electricity, Work as a Doctor, Do magic tricks, Build furniture, Play football, Explore Mars, run at 28.3mph which is faster than Usain Bolt, who is the fastest man alive! Or even write for you, think about it, this speech could of been written by a robot. Lucky they are all different robots. Do you think if AI tech advances, that we should be more cautious?
How do you tell you are talking to human when you call a company? You don’t. At Amazon Go you walk in scan your phone, get what you ordered and walk out, why is all this bad, you may ask, robots are taking our jobs, meaning less jobs in the future. We do everything, they do better than us, they will replace us if we don’t stop them.
In 2007, a man in Sweden was attacked and nearly killed by one of the industrial robots at his workplace which was used to move large rocks, this is an example of how dangerous robots are. They are creating robotic parts for when you lose a limb. What if the robotic body parts don't connect properly to our minds or they won't work. I say these `replacements` will be a waste of money.
How do we stop something that has no kill switch, we can’t. Save humanity, from this unstoppable killing machine. Stop this robotic invasion. We should just leave creating things to god. Don't buy a robot and maybe they will stop making them.
