The Electromagnetic Spectrum

There are hundred's of light waves all around us but, you can not see them only Visible light waves you can see. I will name the light waves, Radio waves, Microwaves, Infrared waves, Ultraviolet waves, X-Rays and Gamma-rays.

Gamma-Rays, X-Rays, U.V.B and U.V.C waves are dangerous and can all sort of cancer. Humans produce electromagnetic radiation, but the sun produces the most electromagnetic radiation. The light gets created in the core of the Sun and turned into photons and makes a long
journey through the Sun to Earth as different waves.

Radio waves
Radio waves as you can tell by the name make listening to music possible. Radio waves also admit gases in space.

Microwaves
We use them in everyday life like cooking food and making calls on our cellphones and They’re not harmful.

Infrared waves
Infrared waves are used in keeping us warm and TV remotes and all other remotes, studding space, and night vision (Infrared goggles.)

Visible light
Visible light is what you see and is in the middle of the spectrum. It is when some of the color mix's together and creates the color you see now. Black might be white green could be yellow how knows.

Ultraviolet waves
Ultraviolet waves have 3 different waves: UVA, UVB and UVC. UVA are harmless but UVB and UVC are dangerous luckily our Atmosphere blocks most of it.

X-Rays
They are used in x-rays study your bones and teeth.

Gamma-rays
Gamma-rays are really dangerous and hard to stop. They are about the size of a atom. They can be used in a nuclear bomb
like the bomb Little Boy, Little Boy is a nuclear bomb that blow up in Hiroshima in World War 2.

This was really challenging getting everything done on time but really fun.
