Math Blog Post 5 - Fractions To Percentages

A percentage is always over 100. So to change it to a Fraction you need to use equivalent fractions to get it over 100.
20/50 = 40/100 = 40%
Because 20 + 20 = 40 and 50 + 50 = 100 then you add them together so it = 40/100 then you replace the /100 with % sign.
Now the other way around so 25% = 25/100 then reduced is to 1/4
